What you receive
Each product page identifies the edition files and any separate parts included. Check the Included materials section before purchase so you know exactly what belongs to that edition.
Delivery
After a completed order, the delivery service sends the download instructions to the email address used at checkout. Keep that email available in case you need to retrieve the files again within the permitted delivery period.
Using a device
Save the files to a location you control, then open them in a PDF reader compatible with your device. Test page turns, zoom and display settings before a rehearsal or performance.
Printing
Use the paper size and scaling information supplied with the edition. Print one test page before printing a complete score or set of parts. Personalisation and licence notices must remain visible.

Use the support form and choose Digital download or Printed score. Include the order number and AGBP reference when relevant, but never send payment-card details, passwords or access credentials.
